Предиктивные иммунотерапевтические маркеры аденокарцином и аденоплоскоклеточного рака шейки матки

Резюме

Аденокарцинома и аденоплоскоклеточный рак шейки матки в совокупности составляют до 20% всех случаев карцином шейки матки. Данные гистологические подтипы характеризуются худшим прогнозом в сравнении с плоскоклеточным раком той же степени злокачественности, а также имеют специфические эпидемиологические, морфологические и молекулярные особенности. Несмотря на принципиальные отличия, терапевтические подходы при раке шейки матки схожи вне зависимости от гистологического строения опухоли. В данной статье обсуждаются предиктивные маркеры иммунотерапии карцином шейки матки, включая MSI, PD-L1 и TIL’s, которые могут найти применение в лечении прогностически неблагоприятных подтипов рака шейки матки. В результате анализа литературы выявлено, что, несмотря на низкую частоту встречаемости иммунотерапевтических маркеров среди аденокарцином и аденоплоскоклеточного рака шейки матки, их анализ позволит выделить группу пациенток, которые получат наибольшее преимущество от иммунотерапии, что станет ключевым шагом на пути к улучшению результатов лечения.
