Синдром дефицита внимания и гиперактивности: фармакотерапия в особых ситуациях

Резюме

Синдром дефицита внимания и гиперактивности (СДВГ) является распространенной формой расстройств нервно-психического развития. Помимо основных симптомов, у пациентов с СДВГ часто наблюдаются проявления нейрокогнитивной дисфункции (дефицит управляющих функций, речи, низкий темп когнитивной деятельности), а примерно у 2/3 детей с установленным СДВГ диагностируется еще одно коморбидное расстройство. При выборе фармакотерапии предпочтительны препараты с положительным влиянием на симптомы как СДВГ, так и коморбидных расстройств. К их числу относится атомоксетина гидрохлорид. Рассматриваются возможности применения атомоксетина при коморбидности СДВГ с деструктивным поведением, тревожными расстройствами, нарушениями сна, ночным энурезом, тиками, заиканием, дислексией, а также влияние атомоксетина на показатели низкого когнитивного темпа, управляющих функций. Обсуждаются пути оптимального дозирования и минимизации нежелательных явлений при лечении атомоксетином.
